I was honoured to have Chef (the artist formerly known as Hubby) cook dinner on Thursday night. He’d brought a tray of chicken fillets home from work (leftovers) and I suggested that I he make Chicken Cordon Bleu. I wish I’d have thought about taking a pic of the inside before we ate them all!
