Chicken Cordon Bleu

  I was honoured to have Chef (the artist formerly known as Hubby) cook dinner on Thursday night. He’d brought a tray of chicken fillets home from work (leftovers) and I suggested that I he make Chicken Cordon Bleu. I wish I’d have thought about taking a pic of the inside before we ate them all!

Leek and Potato soup

  Chop the vegetables into small pieces  Sweat the leeks, garlic and potatoes in a little oil Add stock Bring to boil and simmer till potatoes are soft Liquidize and season to taste
