Roobarb and Custard

I saw this on T.V. recently and it brought back memories of one of the very few programmes I enjoyed when I was little. I was MAD about The Woodentops, Andy Pandy and occasionally I would watch Sooty and Sweep (although I could never understand why only Mr,Corbett could hear Sweep! ) Click Roobarb And Custard

    Misslionheart,

This has nothing to do with your post, but I was thinking of you, because my husband bought me some John McCann’s Irish oatmeal from the new Trader Joe’s in our area. Have you had this before? I’m fixing to try some this morning. I’ll let you know what I think. Hope you have a good day.

Oooohhh….I’m not very good at poetry. I *did* write a very short poem once for my brother who passed away, but that’s a very personal one and I won’t share it.
Give me a week or so, let’s see what I can come up with!

I Loooved Sooty and Sweep. It’s one of the few shows as a kid that I can actually remember laughing along with. Sweep was my hero.
