Corned Beef Hash


  My Mum used to make this, but how she ever got it crispy, I’ll never know!

    Never had cornbeef hash.. have you tried baking it under the broiler to get it all crisp…?

    Did you enjoy it?

    My mum used to make this meal and she would sometime put pastry on top. Was always better with the pastry. And lot’s of pickled red cabbage and beetroot.

    Incidentally, I myself, suggested that my Mother used butter…..

    You know – it looks very nasty to me now, but I LOVED it as a kid. My Mom made it when we went camping. I even requested it on my birthday many years. Hers looked pretty much like yours – maybe more chunky potatoes.
