Saturday~ Out for a family dinner. Maybe a Chinese.
*Last weeks menu went to plan. The 40 Clove Garlic Chicken was gobbled up in a second! I’ll definitely be cooking that again…
I bought the biggest chicken on the shelf!
Boiled the cloves for 2 minutes. They peeled more easily.
I added a big nob of butter and put it up the chickens bum rear with the bouquet garni.
