A change of pan

animated fish I was going to make this, then at the fish counter I saw great value sea bass, so I’m going to make Pan Roasted Sea Bass instead. I have most of the ingredients so, here goes…


Chef descaled the fish…

I coated it in a little cornflour

      I swear to God it was to die for, not literally..but it was good!

    That’s a big serving for a very hungry Chef! He really enjoyed the sea bass. It’s his favourite fish, besides monkfish. I served it with potato wedges which I baked in the oven with a drizzle of oil and some dried parsley. Also, a bit of Asian flavoured stir-fry which I added for colour.

    My portion was half the size….
