Spaghetti Bolognese (to be edited)

  I was supposed to be making this tonight, but decided to use the mince in the fridge rather than queue up in the butchers for 20 minutes to buy chicken fillets. Chef had asked for spaghetti bolognese last week and it didn’t happen. Here’s how I cooked it…
