Comfort food!

Thanks Chris, this was a delicious meal! I tweaked it (I always tweak recipes) and the two eldest thoroughly enjoyed it. Belle was at a friends for dinner and Spud wouldn’t even look at it, so I ate the rest!
What shall I call it?
